1. What brands do you sell?

We sell a wide range of well-known, trusted brands. Many of the products we stock are from major UK, Turkish & Chinese brands. From baby essentials to the latest must-haves, we offer a vast selection across multiple categories to suit your needs.

2. Are you competitive on pricing?

Absolutely! We strive to offer the best possible prices to our customers. While we can’t always guarantee the lowest price, we are committed to being as competitive as possible and will always try to give you the best value for the quality of products you receive.

3. What is your minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value! You’re welcome to place an order of any size—big or small.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

For online shopping, we accept Cash on Delivery and Mobile Money payment methods depending on the delivery conditions.

For in store shopping, We accept Cash, Mobile Money and Visa payment methods.

5. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the distance from our store.

Our delivery team confirms the delivery fee before the goods are dispatched.  

6. How fast can i get my order

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 30 minutes. However, during particularly busy periods, this may extend to up to 2 hours. Rest assured, we work hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.

7. How will I receive my goods?

We operate on an ex-works basis, which means you’ll arrange the collection or transport from our store. However, if you don’t have anyone to pick up your products, no problem! We’re happy to assist and can recommend one of the many reliable delivery persons we work with regularly. Just let us know, and we’ll help secure a competitive quote for you.
