Delivery time is dependent on the distance from the store. Once the order is confirmed, our delivery team contacts the client with the Expected Time of Arrival

Delivery fees are dependent on the distance from the store. Once the order is confirmed, our delivery team contacts the client with the delivery cost.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major towns and cities within Uganda.
For areas outside Uganda, please contact our customer support before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 1 day of delivery
- Products must be unopened/sealed, unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Return Process

- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed
Refunds
- Refunds are processed and issued immediately the return process is completed.

- If the item is out of stock, you may choose a replacement item or request a refund
